Ketan Marwadi
Whole Time Director
Mr. Ketan H. Marwadi promoted the Company in 1992. He has also been instrumental in guiding the Company in securing the corporate membership of BSE & NSE in the cash and derivatives segment, membership of Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange Ltd., and the launching of depository services of NSDL and CDSL. In his current role, he is the chief strategist, overseeing the strategic growth and development of Marwadi Financial Services as well as the operational functioning and initiatives for ensuring the best investor services.
Mr. Ketan H. Marwadi has more than 25 years of experience in the primary as well as the secondary Capital Market, dealing with stock exchanges, regulatory and statutory bodies, and monitoring overall compliance. His core expertise also lies in the research and development of capital markets and launching various services for investors as per their requirements.
Mr. Ketan Marwadi has the distinction of holding several leadership roles. He has been the Vice President of the Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange and a Director of SKSE Securities Ltd. (which is a subsidiary of the Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange). He has served as an Executive Committee member of OTCEI and assisted NSE in resolving many trade-related matters as a member of the Committee of Trade-related issues (COTI). Currently, he is on the Member of Executive Committee (F&O Segment) of NSE and Director – the ANMI-WRIC Board.
Deven Marwadi
Whole Time Director
Mr. Deven H. Marwadi, Director, of Marwadi Financial Services, is a part of the promoter family and among the founding members of the company. With over three decades of building Marwadi Financial Services, he has deep knowledge of the trading engine, operations and business network. Having defined the entire customer journey in the initial days of the Company, he led the initial team in actively building the brand and the delivery of exceptional customer experience, which is still the core of Marwadi Financial Services. He also leads the day-to-day trading activities of the Company with the NSE and the BSE in Cash, Derivatives, MCX and NCDEX segments. He exercises the overall management, administration and control of pay-in and pay-out, obligations of funds & securities of branches and sub-brokers, and takes effective surveillance measures to curtail risk.
Sandeep Marwadi
Whole Time Director
Mr. Sandeep H. Marwadi, Director, of Marwadi Financial Services, is a part of the promoter family and joined the company board in 1998. With a keen interest in risk, compliance and technological aspects of the business, he went on to lay the foundation of the entire technology and products infrastructure. His contributions have significantly helped Marwadi Financial Services become more efficient throughout the years. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in hardware, software and networking technologies. Some of the areas that he has led from the front include the monitoring of data communication with the exchanges as well as NSDL and CDSL, upgrading technology, computer peripherals, networking to provide uninterrupted communication facilities to the end-users and meeting the requirements of statutory bodies.

Whole Time DirectorMr. Jeet Marwadi is the Chief Culture Officer, Operations Lead, and Brand Strategist at Marwadi Financial Services. He has graduated with a degree in Economics from Loyola Marymount University based in Los Angeles, California. He has played an instrumental role in creating a culture of leadership at the Company through education with empowerment, empathy and transparency. A lifelong learner at heart, he is also at the forefront of Marwadi University. He uses systems thinking, design thinking, innovation and disruption as a means to drive change in the world of education. Believing passionately in the power of education to expand human potential, transform lives, and shape new visions for leading and learning in a globally complex world, he promotes the distributed leadership model that enables the empowerment of others that are around you.
Mr. Jeet Marwadi graduated with a degree in Economics from Loyola Marymount University based in Los Angeles, California.
Juhi Marwadi
DirectorKeeping strategic planning at the fore, Ms. Juhi Marwadi leads the project management team at Marwadi Financial Services. She has been awarded her MSc. in Management degree from the University of Leeds, UK. Being an active board member of Pixon Energy Limited, a solar energy development company, she firmly believes in protecting the environment to preserve the quality of life for future generations. A maverick at heart, she also invests her time in sketching the CSR activities for Pixon Energy Limited and the Marwadi Group. Her people-centric approach has contributed towards increased trust, transparency and accountability in different departments across the organisation.
Ms. Juhi Marwadi graduated with an MSc. in Management degree, the UK.
Dhruv Marwadi
Whole Time DirectorMr. Dhruv Marwadi completed his Bsc Management from the University of Warwick, UK, prior to joining Marwadi Financial Services as a Director in 2020. He has since then been working closely on internal strategic initiatives that are directed towards increasing the innovative, collaborative and productive quotient of the company. To achieve this, he has been working towards promoting employee engagement. Furthermore, he also has a keen interest in consumer psychology and has been exploring ways to improve the UI/UX on our digital platforms. on our digital platforms. He believes this is an essential element as it can have a positive impact on the digital journey of the Company’s customers.
Mr. Dhruv Marwadi graduated in BSc Management from the University of Warwick, UK.
